A portion of one of Indiana County’s major highways is closed due to a traffic crash earlier this morning.
Indiana County 911 reported that Marion Center Fire Crews were dispatched to Route 119 North in East Mahoning Township for a report of a vehicle crash. No injuries were reported in the crash, but initial reports said that power lines were down. Marion Center Firefighters said the crash is in the area of West and East Creek Roads.
At this time it’s not known when the roads will reopen. All traffic is being directed onto Routes 85 and 210 to go around the crash scene.
REA Energy reports that 330 of its customers were without power right now. Power is expected to be completely restored by 9:30 AM
