Indiana Borough Police are investigating an early-morning prowling incident in the 900 block of Water Street. A resident there reported capturing video surveillance images of a man loitering and prowling twice between 1 AM and 3 AM Monday.
The suspicious person is described as a white male in his early twenties, wearing a a light-colored sweatshirt, flat cap, and dark-and-light-colored two-tone shoes.
