SENTENCING, PLEA HEARINGS SET FOR TODAY IN INDIANA COUNTY COURT

Indiana County courts will see several different hearing types today, including sentencing and plea court hearings.  While some of the sentencing hearings have to deal with drug-related crimes, the list of those being sentenced today includes:

• Della Sue Faber, a 43-year-old from Clymer, who pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and marijuana possession in one case and to criminal trespass in another. The charges date back to November of 2019.
• Dianna Embry of Indiana, who turns 55 on Saturday, who pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft for an incident on February 15^th of 2020.

Plea hearings will be held today for:

• Okoye Robert Patterson of Clymer, who just turned 26, for felony charges of criminal solicitation-statutory sexual assault of someone between 8-11 years old, and corruption of minors.
• Vernon Ward Hazlett, a 30-year-old from Penn Run charged with misdemeanor theft and receiving stolen property and summary disorderly conduct for an incident on July 27^th of last year.
• 23-year-old Ryan Tuttle of Homer City for felony criminal trespass and misdemeanor defiant trespass for an incident on June 8^th of 2020.
• 23-year-old Tianna Deyarmin of Indiana, for retail theft and receiving stolen property for an incident on December 12^th, 2019
