A sentencing hearing is scheduled for today for a woman facing drug-related charges.
Charges filed against Tiffany Blattenberger go back to September 14th of 2020, when state police came across her in Black Lick. They said she was under the influence of a controlled substance at the time. Police also found on her person marijuana in both raw and burnt forms. Blattenberger would eventually plead guilty to a charge of Driving Under the Influence of a controlled substance, while other crimes including marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession were not prosecuted.
Sentencing is scheduled for this morning in front of Judge Michael Clark.
