In Indiana County Court today, there are 28 DUI Criminal Call cases scheduled and two Plea Court appearances.
22-year-old William David Reed of Armagh is scheduled to appear before Judge Michael Clark to enter pleas to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A felony charge of possession with intent to deliver was disposed of at the lower court. The charges were filed just last month.
Judge Clark will also conduct a Plea Court hearing for 21-year-old Zakary McQuaide Lonsinger of Johnstown, who is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a September, 2016 case. Again, a charge of possession with intent to deliver was disposed at lower court.
The DUI Criminal Call proceedings will be conducted in the District Attorney’s office.
