A probation revocation hearing is scheduled today for a 31-year-old former Blairsville man who pleaded guilty in 2013 to indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age for exposing himself and performing a lewd act involving his then-girlfriend’s 6-year-old daughter.
Jeremy Allgood, who is now listed as living in Crawfordsville, Indiana, was sentenced to nine months to two years in prison, followed by two years on probation and lifetime registration under the state’s Megan’s Law. He was released from jail in October of 2014 and soon after filed for transfer of his registration to the state of Indiana.
In January, Indiana County Probation filed a motion to revoke Allgood’s probation. The hearing is scheduled this morning before Indiana County president Judge William Martin.
