In Indiana County Court today, motions hearings are scheduled for several defendants.
One of them, 35-year-old Keon Anthony Clark, will have hearings in two separate cases. He’s charged with possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility in August of last year, and with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance/contraband by an inmate, and possession for an October incident while in custody. The original arrest in August was part of a drug sweep in Jefferson County and northern Indiana County in which 26 suspects were rounded up. Omnibus pretrial motions on his behalf were filed last month.
Clark also faces drug charges in Jefferson County.
A motions hearing will also be held for another drug defendant, 24-year-old Brian Pruitt Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio. He was one of six suspects arrested in a raid on a home along Fire Academy Road in Center Township last August. Police found 3.28 grams of raw heroin and fentanyl, nearly 13 grams of crack cocaine, cash, a customer list, and drug paraphernalia.
A motions hearing is scheduled for 22-year-old Zachary Zimmer of Gibsonia, who is charged with terroristic threats and criminal mischief in a case from last August. A charge of reckless burning or exploding was dismissed at District Court.
