WEST WHEATFIELD TOWNSHIP
State police today report two incidents involving drugs…one of them involved the apparent dumping of drug paraphernalia along Route 22 at mount Tabor Road in West Wheatfield Township. At around midnight yesterday, there were fifteen used syringes, six used stamp bags, and two silver spoons left alongside the road.
BANKS TOWNSHIP
State police also report a theft of pills from a personal care home in northern Indiana County. A thief stole twelve Adderall pills from a locked box inside Harmon’s Personal Care Home, along Clinton Street in Rossiter. The pills belong to a 42-year-old man.
CHERRYHILL TOWNSHIP
Police also report a case of identity theft involving a Clymer-area man. Someone opened a DirecTV account using the man’s identity. The victim lives along Starford Road in Cherryhill Township.
WHITE TOWNSHIP
An investigation has been opened into a theft yesterday afternoon at the White Township Walmart store. At about 1 PM, a woman who’d paid for her items at the self-checkout registers forgot to take her change with her. When she returned, the forty dollars was gone. Surveillance video shows a white male coming along and stuffing the money in his pocket.
