A woman from New York was charged following a three-vehicle crash in Rayne Township earlier this month.
State police say on July 15th, they were summoned to Route 119 round 4:13 PM and discovered 37-year-old Angel Juarez of Schuylerville, New York, collided with two motorcycles at the intersection with Musser Road after allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign. One of the motorcyclists, identified as 19-year-old Ryan Stossel of Indiana suffered suspected serious injuries as a result. Troopers add he was wearing a helmet at the time.
The other driver, 22-year-old Erik McCunn of Indiana, suffered suspected minor injuries.
Juarez and her passengers, 40-year-old Miriam Vasquez-Jacobo of Blairsville and an unnamed one-year-old boy, were not injured. Juarez was charged with a summary traffic violation.
