A Blairsville man who was picked up by U.S. Marshals in Ohio back in June was sentenced earlier today in Indiana County Court.
Tobias Tiemeyer Wright, 40, was paroled immediately after he was ordered to serve six months to a day less than two years in Indiana County Jail for guilty pleas to charges of terroristic threats in two cases that date back to June 16th of this year. State police said that on the 16th, Wright had called them a total of 40 times threatening state police members and employees. In that case, charges of harassment, obstructing emergency services and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.
He also pleaded guilty to terroristic threats in a case that same day for an incident that happened in White Township. Charges of harassment and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted. After arrest warrants were issued, U.S. Marshals found him three days later in Ohio.
