The Indiana Regional Medical Center is seeking your responses for the 2018 Health Needs Assessment.
The assessment survey is completed once every three years and will give IRMC a look at the health needs of the region. The survey should take less than 8 minutes to complete, and doing so will give participants the opportunity to enter into a drawing for several prizes including gift cards to Amazon and Sheetz along with iPads.
