In Indiana County Court today, four defendants are scheduled for sentencing in criminal cases.
One of them, 45-year-old Jude Alan Yackuboskey of Indiana, will be sentenced in two cases. He pleaded guilty to felony burglary in one case and to criminal mischief in the other.
20-year-old Dustin James Yount of Dayton will be sentenced for criminal mischief.
49-year-old Thomas Joseph Mettee of Indiana will be sentenced for terroristic threats, with agreement for non-prosecution on additional charges of endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person.
