State police are continuing to investigate the theft of a gun and related items in Saltsburg Borough that happened in late November-early December.
Troopers say that this happened between 7:10 PM on November 30th and 1:14 AM on December 1st at a residence on Pine Street in Saltsburg Borough. An unknown person was able to break into the home of a 51-year-old Saltsburg man and stole a Ruger Security 9mm semi-automatic pistol with a silver slide, a black holster and a magazine for the pistol while this person stayed at the home as a guest.
Charges are pending further investigation.
