On Wednesday night, the Penns Manor School Board approved an agreement between the district and Homer-Center concerning the latter’s swim team.
The agreement will allow a student from the district to compete with Homer-Center’s swim team. As the hosting district, Homer-Center will apply to the PIAA and District VI. Superintendent Daren Johnston said that this is similar to other agreements with other districts.
In other business, the board approved holding varsity football overnight camp at Camp Seph Mack from August 13th to the 18th, and approved an agreement with Clymer Furniture to remove carpet and install floor tile in a room at the high school.
