Indiana County’s emergency responders were active yesterday, answering three summons to accident scenes.
A busy afternoon began with a call to Brush Valley firefighters just after 1 PM for a physical rescue along Kukula Road in Brush Valley Township. Homer City firefighters were dispatched as well, to set up a helicopter landing zone. No details are available on the incident.
Coal Run and Iselin firefighters were sent at 2:30 for an accident on Klimkos Road in Young Township.
Just after 8 o’clock last night, Vintondale firefighters were called to an accident on Red Mill Road in Buffington Township.
At 12:47 this morning, Black Lick and Blairsville firefighters were dispatched along with Citizens Ambulance to a crash on Route 119 North in Blacklick Township.
