A longtime manager of Douds of Plumville has passed away.
Thomas Brice died on Friday at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Growing up in Dayton and graduating from Grove City College in 1962, Brice started work with Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh before returning to Plumville two years later to manage Douds, where he remained until his retirement.
He was also a horse racing enthusiast and actively owned a horse with longtime friend and partner, Ed Receski.
