The Steelers and Ravens game that should have been played last Thursday has now been rescheduled for a third time.
First, it was moved to Sunday, then to Tuesday (tomorrow) and now, the NFL has moved the game to Wednesday afternoon at 3:40 pm.
The rivalry matchup, which continues to be postponed due to Covid-19 concerns with the Baltimore organization, became the first game of the NFL season to get postponed three times.
Baltimore suffers from one of the largest outbreaks in professional sports. The Ravens have had 22 players test positive or get identified as a high-risk close contact over the past nine days. Right now, Baltimore has 35 players on its 53-man roster.
As a result of the Wednesday rescheduling, the Steelers’ game against Washington, originally scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 6, has been changed to Monday, Dec. 7 at 5 pm.
