The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported on Thursday night that Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has tested positive for Covid-19, and Adam Schefter reported that four more Ravens’ players and one staff member have tested positive.
The report comes as the Steelers are preparing to play the Ravens on Sunday at 1:15 p.m. The official number of Ravens on the Reserve/Covid list now stands at eight players, not including Jackson. They are running backs Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins, nose tackle Brandon Williams, outside linebacker Pernell McPhee, defensive end Calais Campbell, offensive linemen Matt Skura and Patrick Mekari, and defensive end Jihad Ward.
As of Thursday evening, the game between the Steelers and the Ravens at Heinz Field was still on.
