A Uniontown man was sentenced in connection with a drug bust that stemmed from a traffic stop in 2021.
29-year-old Jeremiah Collington of Uniontown was ordered to serve up to sixty days in Indiana County Jail, which he already satisfied. He was also ordered to serve four years of probation, three consecutive months of that will be on house arrest. He was a passenger in a car pulled over on October 10th at 3:26 AM in the 500 block of South 6th Street. During the investigation, Indiana Borough Police found suspected cocaine and marijuana under the passenger side seat.
On April 10th, Collington pleaded guilty of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, while charges of possession and criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.
