Homer City Post 493 broke a 3-3 tie in the bottom of the fifth and came away with a 4-3 win over S.W. Jack. The clinching run came on a double play that drove in Brady Frazer in the fourth inning. Noah Turk earned the win with four innings of shutout relief. Homer City moves to 8-3, while the Drillers move to 5-3.
Armstrong powered past Brookville 12-5.
Young Township fell to Mahoning Valley, 6-3.
