State police have filed charges against a Clymer man after a confrontation with another man along Barr Slope Road in Rayne Township on Thursday night.
44-year-old Larry Brewer is accused of driving erratically in a residential neighborhood, prompting a 22-year-old man to yell for him to slow down. Police say Brewer backed up his pickup truck, stopped and got out, and struck the victim. He then fled the area and returned later in a Camaro, causing a disturbance by performing burnouts and attempting to fight the victim.
Police have filed the charges in 11 separate citations, all summary offenses, including multiple counts of careless driving and reckless driving.
