State police have filed theft charges against a 33-year-old Vandergrift woman who is accused of stealing a wallet, a folding knife, and a phone charging cord from a Leechburg man. The wallet contained $385 cash and various identification cards.
The incident took place early on the morning of November 4th at a home on Washington Street in Saltsburg Borough.
