On Tuesday night, the White Township Planning Commission granted conditional approval for a final site plan for a tree removal company.
The structure for Tree Monkeys will be a garage on Braghler Lane, and is a 40-by-76 foot garage for vehicle storage on a ten-acre parcel. There are no plans for electricity for the building as of yet as the owners are considering their options. Full approval will be granted pending the approval of a storm water plan.
The board also tabled a final minor subdivision plan for S&S&S Real Estate on Shelly Drive. That is expected to come up for final approval next month.
