Today will be an event designed for the entire family as the 15th annual Family Fun Fest will be held today at the Indiana Mall.
The family fun fest is put on by the Children’s Advisory Commission of Indiana County and starts today at 10:00 AM with events going on throughout the day. Over 50 organizations will provide information to the public, ranging from human service agencies to churches to civic organizations. There will also be a lot of activities for kids of all ages, including a Wild Things Romp, Kiwanis Story Time, and the 4-H Petting Zoo.
A schedule change was announced by Kathy Abby-Baker of the commission earlier this week. Due to technical difficulties, the 10 AM screening of The Living Ocean will not be shown. Baker said that this will give families more time to see everything without being rushed.
Today’s event runs to 3:00 this afternoon.
