At Steelers OTAs yesterday, coach Mike Tomlin welcomed some of the members of the Oakland A’s coaching staff, including manager Mark Kotsay. The baseball guys reportedly got to see a very energetic workout. Although reporters are not permitted to say what they see in the brief time they are there, they can report on what the players say about it, and some of the players said it was very spirited.
The Steelers also welcomed alumni players who watched practice and enjoyed lunch.

Damar Hamlin has taken another big step in his attempt to come back from cardiac arrest. The Buffalo Bills safety and former Pitt star took part in team drills during their OTAs yesterday. Bills general manager Brandon Beane said the next step for Hamlin will be putting on pads and tackling during training camp.
