No one was hurt in a reported fire this afternoon in Clymer Borough.
Fire crews from Clymer, Cherryhill Township and Commodore were summoned to the second floor of a building along Franklin Street around 1:04 p.m for a reported fire. RIT teams from Cambria and Indiana Counties were also dispatched, along with Citizens’ Ambulance.
John Gromley with the Clymer Fire Department said crews found no sign of a fire when they arrived.
Gromley added one person was in the building at the time of the call.
No one was hurt and damage was minimal. The cause of the alarm has not been determined yet.
