An investigation is going on at the Marion Center School District concerning possible threats at the Junior/Senior High School.
District Superintendent Clint Weimer announced in a letter to parents that was also supplied to your Hometown Radio Station that “through the diligence of our students and parents reporting information to the administration, the district is working in collaboration with the Pennsylvania State Police to investigate the concerns.” Weimer said a student, not identified in the report, has been disciplined according to district policy.
No direct threats have been identified in the investigation, and Weimer added that all students are safe and “the educational process is continuing.” No further details on the investigation have been provided at this time.
