State Police have charged a woman with harassment in White Township. Police say the incident happened on Saturday, at 3:25 in the morning at a home on on Millay Circle in White Township. During that time, the victim, a 47-year-old woman got into a verbal argument with Tysha Webb, which turned physical when Webb pushed the older woman.
State Police are investigating some incidents of criminal mischief that are tied to one particular incident. Troopers say this was in Lucernemines in the area of 3rd Street. Police say a known suspect was told to leave a home on 3rd street, and as he did so, he rutted up the yards of Lori Pribesh and Gena Ferrara, and damaged a lilac tree. The investigation is on-going at this time.
State Police say two people in Burrell Township are facing charges from an altercation that happened Saturday night. This was at a location on Old William Penn Highway. As a result of the incident, 27-year-old Samantha Frederick was charged with simple assault and harassment, while 27-year-old Darius Gee was charged with harassment. Police did not provide details on the incident.
An Indiana woman has been charged with trespassing after trying to enter a store she was banned from. State Police say that the un-named 40-year-old woman knowingly entered the Wal-Mart store on Oakland Avenue, even though she knew she was banned indefinitely from being there.
