Sentences were handed down yesterday in several cases in Indiana County Court.
Among those sentenced yesterday was 59-year-old Melivn McCloskey of Homer City, who was ordered to serve a minimum of 18 months and a maximum of 84 months in state prison for a felony charge of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver, and up to two years for deposits, stores or disposes of chemical waste in a separate case. Indiana County Judge Michael T. Clark ordered the sentences to run concurrently.
Also sentenced yesterday was Carrie Aukerman, a 27-year-old woman from Clune, who pleaded guilty to hindering apprehension in one case and drug possession in another. She was ordered to serve a total of three years of probation.
