The District 6 football playoffs resume this weekend with four Heritage Conference teams still alive after the first round. Two of them had byes last weekend.
In Class A, top-seed Penns Manor will tackle Heritage Conference rival Purchase Line, which blasted West Shamokin, 57-35, on Friday night. The Comets beat the Red Dragons, 23-8, on September 25th. That will be a U-92 game, at 92.5 FM.
Also in Class A on Friday, second-seeded Homer Center will host Williamsburg, a 50-20 winner over Blairsville on Saturday night. The game will be on WCCS, 101.1 FM and AM 1160.
In AA, third seed Marion Center will host Cambria Heights on Saturday night. The Stingers beat Northern Cambria, 13-0, in a physical game on Saturday, while the Highlanders were idle after getting a forfeit from Southern Huntingdon. Cambria Heights will become a member of the Heritage Conference next year. The Stingers and Highlanders will be on U-92 Saturday night.

The other games in Class A this weekend are Juniata Valley at Portage on Saturday night, and Bishop Guilfoyle at Conemaugh Valley on Saturday afternoon.
In AA Richland travels to top-seeded Bellwood Antis on Friday night.
