The Pittsburgh Steelers released punter Dustin Colquitt on Friday. Colquitt played just six games with the Steelers after being signed in the offseason, but head coach Mike Tomlin said his punting wasn’t “up to snuff” on Tuesday.
Pittsburgh also announced that they have placed linebacker Devin Bush on the injured reserve. They promoted DE Henry Mondeaux to the 53-man roster, and they’ve signed linebacker Ray Wilborn to the practice squad.
Steelers announced that the team will be without defensive back Mike Hilton and fullback Derek Watt for this week’s matchup against the Tennessee Titans.
Cam Sutton will take Hilton’s spot on the depth chart Sunday, and coming off the injury report are both offensive lineman David DeCastro and WR Diontae Johnson.
