One area superintendent received national recognition for enabling effective and innovative communication techniques on Friday.
Indiana Area School District superintendent Michael Vuckovich was recognized as a “Superintendent to Watch” by the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA). Vuckovich, along with 24 other honorees nationwide, received recognition for demonstrating dynamic, fast-paced leadership and using communication devices in innovative and effective ways to engage and inform their school communities, all while having fewer than five years of experience in their position.
Vuckovich said in a press release that he is “blessed to be part of an incredible district and to have the support of a great Board of Directors, as well as proud of the team the district has put together,” in the Indiana Area School District.
The Indiana school board congratulates Vuckovich on this recognition and they say they are extremely grateful for his hard work and leadership.
