NEGOTIATIONS TO CONTINUE BETWEEN APSCUF, PASSHE OVER FACULTY CONTRACTS

Contract negotiations continued yesterday between the state system of higher education and the union representing its teachers.

According to a joint news release, APSCUF and PASSHE teams discussed peer evaluation, graduate programs and the tenure process.  The current four-year contract will expire on June 30^th.  Both sides are set to meet on June 6^th.

Meanwhile, PASSHE and APSCUF will meet on June 5^th to continue discussions on the coaches’ contract, which is also set to expire on June 30^th.
