Jury selection is scheduled today for Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas for four cases.
One case involves Reginald Callaway of Baltimore, Maryland. He is facing charges of DUI-Controlled substance, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, aggravated assault by vehicle, DUI, reckless endangerment and traffic-related offenses along with possession of a small amount of marijuana. These were for cases that stem back to an incident on April 18th of last year.
The second case is for Omar Gilmore, currently of SCI-Pine Grove. He is charged with assaulting a prison employee, aggravated and simple assault and harassment for an incident in August of last year.
Also due for jury selection is Gerald Rodarmel of Indiana, who is charged with two counts each of aggravated assault with intent to cause bodily injury, simple assault and harassment for an incident on August 3rd of last year.
And Timothy Lee Froum of Cherry Tree faces charges of making terroristic threats and driving on a suspended license from June of 2020.
