There are several dozen DUI Criminal Call cases on the Indiana County Court schedule today, and the docket also includes some Plea Court appearances.
Several of the Plea Court proceedings involve defendants involved in drug cases:
- 28-year-old Jacie Nicole Long, who was originally listed as being from Indiana but whose address is now in Darby, Delaware County, will plead in two cases. In each of them, she’s charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, and criminal use of a communication facility. She was one of 26 people caught in a county-wide sweep of suspected mid-level drug dealers back in February.
- 23-year-old Brandy Job Huber of Blairsville will plead in two cases; one in which she is charged with possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia, and the other in which she is charged with possession of a firearm or other dangerous weapon in a court facility, possession of a controlled substance, and disorderly conduct.
In a Plea Court appearance not related to drugs, 39-year-odl Jodi Lynn Dukes of Heilwood will plead in two cases. In one, she’s accused of false reports about an offense which did not occur, falsely incriminating another person, and unsworn falsification to authorities; in the other case, she’s charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception.
There is also a Plea Court case involving 30-year-old Travis Scott Kirbaugh of Punxsutawney, who is charged with harassment by communication.
All of the Plea Court appearances today are scheduled before President Judge William Martin.
