The Indiana Area School Board tonight will vote on a motion to extend the district reopening plan another nine weeks. That vote will follow a vote on the Comprehensive Building Level plans for the Ben Franklin and East Pike elementary schools.
Tonight’s agenda also includes the first reading of over a dozen board policies and a number of personnel decisions.
Purchase Line’s school board also meets tonight. While they have not published their agenda, last week’s work session included discussion of eleven board policies, a number of personnel moves, and an update from Superintendent Shawn Ford on the hybrid educational model. The district is currently surveying parents on their educational preferences for the second nine weeks. Ford will also update the board on athletics and future planning.
