A motions hearing is scheduled today for a man who was found guilty in 2018 for the statutory sexual assault of a minor.
Court documents show that 33-year-old John Michael Manna III of Johnstown will go before Judge Michael Clark for the motions hearing today. Manna was charged with felony statutory sexual assault of someone 11 years of age or older and misdemeanor corruption of minors charges connected with an incident in June of 2017. Manna pleaded guilty to both charges and was ordered to serve 12-24 months in prison and three years of probation for the sexual assault charge along with 3-24 months for the corruption of minors charge. The jail time was to run concurrently.
Today’s hearing will have to do with modifying the conditions of his supervision.
