CHERRYHILL TOWNSHIP
A Kittanning woman is suspected of destroying documents at the Spirit Life drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility, off Route 422 in Cherryhill Township.
State police do not identify the suspect, who they say “intentionally and maliciously destroyed business documents” last Friday evening. They do not say whether the woman was an employee, or what was contained in the documents. It’s being investigated as a criminal mischief incident.
WHITE TOWNSHIP
State police are investigating an identity theft case involving a Shelocta area woman.
A woman who loves along Copper Valley Road in Cowanshannock Township, Armstrong County told police that she had sixteen unauthorized charges to her Discover card between December 21st and January 16th. The charges totaled $76.33 at the Walmart stores in Indiana and Altoona.
INDIANA BOROUGH
Police are investigating the apparent molestation of an Indiana High School student on a school bus. The alleged incident occurred on January 22nd, but police don’t offer any other details as the investigation continues. The suspects are two students. It’s classified as a harassment and indecent assault case.
