An elderly Indiana woman who was involved in a crash in White Township last Thursday has died from her injuries.
State Police confirmed that 87-year-old Rose Stickland of Indiana died at Forbes Hospital in Pittsburgh three days after she was involved in a two vehicle crash on College Lodge Road at 3:31 in the afternoon. State Police say that Stickland was driving North on College Lodge Road and went off the roadway, hitting a Jeep driven by 71-year-old Timothy Bish of Indiana who had parked the Jeep illegally in a pull-off next to the road.
The Allegheny County Coroner’s office confirmed that Stickland died from blunt force trauma to her head, body and lower extremities due to the motor vehicle accident.
