Nick Chubb ran for 124 yards and a score, while Kareem Hunt also scored a touchdown.
Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was 37-of-61 for 316 yards and three touchdowns.
Cincinnati falls to 0-2 and the Browns are 1-1.
