WATER TROUGHS STOLEN FROM INDIANA BOROUGH HOME

Indiana Borough Police are investigating a theft that happened over the weekend.

The theft was reported between 5 PM on Saturday and 8:00 PM on Sunday.  The victim reported that three water troughs were stolen from a property in the 200 block of Rice Avenue.  Anyone with information on the thefts is asked to call police at 724-349-2121.

I love it! It will help bring more economic activity to Indiana County!
I love it! It's much needed for the safety of folks to link the trails and access both sides of that busy highway.
I love it for both of the reasons listed above (as long as they maintain it.)
It's not going to be the economic boon they're saying it will be.
Not enough people will use it to have an effect on safety.
It will not be maintained and will fall into disuse rather quickly.
