The Pirates got blasted again last night by the Cubs, losing 8-2.

Despite struggling in the fourth inning, Manager Derek Shelton says starter Joe Musgrove was actually pretty good in his first start coming off the injured list.
Musgrove said he felt pretty good and had good command.
Outfielder Anthony Alford made his debut for the Pirates after being acquired from Toronto. Ashford homered in his first start as a Buc. He says he can fit in anywhere in the Pirate’s outfield.
Next Wednesday is Roberto Clemente Day, and for the first time since The Great One’s death on New Year’s Eve 1972, a Pirates player will be wearing number 21. In fact, ALL of them will. Major League Baseball has given permission to the Bucs to wear Clemente’s famous number for the game against the White Sox.
The jerseys will be offered to fans in an online auction with the proceeds benefitting the Clemente Foundation and Pirates Charities.
