The Pennsylvania State Police announced that Chad W. Spaugy, 16, of Strongstown, PA, who was reported missing as a runaway juvenile on June 16, 2020, was found safe by troopers earlier today.
Troopers of the Ebensburg station thanked members of the media and public for their immediate assistance with this investigation.
