INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
An Indiana man was charged with DUI after a crash in November. Indiana borough police say today that they were called out on November 18th around 2:42 PM to a vehicle accident in the 700 block of Philadelphia street where the driver, Kerry Libengood of Indiana, hit a parked car. It was determined later on that he had drugs and alcohol in his system. DUI charges were filed at District Judge Guy Haberl’s office.
Indiana Borough Police have charged a man with criminal mischief inside a bar in Downtown Indiana. Police say that they were called out to an establishment in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street for a criminal mischief complaint at 1:45 in the morning on January 7th. The suspect, Luke Burke, was found walking along Philadelphia street. It was determined that he intentionally knocked a bar-owned computer off a table because he was told he was not allowed inside the bar. Burke was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
