A man who pleaded guilty to weapons and drug-related charges was sentenced yesterday in Indiana County Court.
Saige Bowditch of Indiana was ordered to serve two years of probation for a charge of possession with intent to deliver, and one year of probation for all three counts of using a false ID to purchase a firearm, and possession of an instrument of a crime. No penalties were issued for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia.
The charges against Bowditch were initially filed after a drug raid at his home in December of 2020 by members of the Indiana County Drug Task Force. Authorities found ecstasy, several firearms, $6000 in cash and related drug and marijuana paraphernalia.
