A fire was reported on Sunday in the area of Blairsville Speedway along Hill Road.
Indiana County 911 reported the fire at 3:32 in the morning with Black Lick and Blairsville Fire Departments responding to what dispatchers called an unknown-type fire. When they got there, they found that a large dump fire had been started and was unattended at the time. That dump fire included tires and other illegal materials.
Crews were able to put out the fire quickly. There were no reported injuries.
Other reports from Indiana County 911 included the report of utility lines down on North Avenue in White Township at 4:50 PM, and Cherry Tree Fire Department was called out yesterday at 1:48 PM to Clearfield County for a tree down on the roadway on Line Road.
