PSP-GREENSBURG
A Homer City man was involved in a case of harassment in Hempfield Township. State police from the Greensburg barracks say that around 8:00 PM on August 8th, the 35-year-old Homer City man, who was not identified by name, was involved in a verbal and physical dispute with a 27-year-old Greensburg woman.
No injuries were reported and both parties were able to be separated. Both were cited for harassment.
PSP-KISKI VALLEY
A Blairsville man was charged in a harassment case in Salem Township. State Police from the Kiski Valley Barracks say that 24-year-old Cody Rogers of Blairsville was involved in a fight with 29-year-old Timothy Dopkosky of North Huntingdon at the AMC Theater parking lot on Vine Street.
The two were cited for harassment.
PSP-PUNXSUTAWNEY
State Police in Punxsutawney say an Indiana County woman was the victim of an identity theft scam. Police say the woman, identified as 50-year-old Julianna Gearhard of Rochester Mills, had her Social Security number compromised.
The investigation is continuing. No other details were announced.
