State representatives Jeff Pyle and Donna Oberlander, along with State Senator Joe Pittman, have cancelled the annual Armstrong County Senior Expo at Kittanning Township Fire Department over coronavirus concerns.
In a statement, Pyle said that the two main factors for the event’s cancellation was due to the pandemic and due to government limitations on group sizes. Pyle added that while the event has been successful, they don’t want anyone to catch the virus because of their attendance. The three expect the event to resume next year in late August.
Pyle said that people should contact his office if they need assistance with a state-related matter.
