The Steelers yesterday activated cornerback Arrion Springs from the reserve/Covid-19 list, but then they cut him. Springs had been signed out of the XFL in the spring.
Running back Jaylen Samuels, wide receiver James Washington and cornerback Justin Layne remain on the reserve list.
