Today’s Indiana County Court schedule was set to be quite active, with a number of trials scheduled to get underway, but most court proceedings have been pushed back until later in the month.
That includes the trials of Dylan Dalessio, the 20-year-old Plumville man facing trial for three arson fires in northern Indiana County and for intimidation of a witness who could potentially testify against him. Dalessio has motions hearings scheduled for August 17th, and his trials will not take place until after those hearings and subsequent court rulings.
Other trials that have been continued until later this month are the DUI trial of Craig McMillen of Brockway; a drug possession trial for Carter Boring of Johnstown; a trial for David Yuhas, who is charged with driving while suspended; for Joshua Duffy of Indiana, who is charged with possession with intent to deliver and related drug offenses; and for Brittany Arcurio of Indiana, charged with retail theft.
Arcurio’s trial is rescheduled for October 19th. The others are all rescheduled for August 24th.
